The client is a design led London-based residential property developer who is looking for a new marketing specialist of their team to create content to develop their social media profiles. Their projects range from mid-range to high-end residential apartments and mixed-use commercial.
They established in 2009 they are behind some of London’s most design led properties and is seeking a highly organised, passionate professional who will have experience across strategy, planning and management as well as content and asset creation. This is the first in house marketing role for the team.This is a unique opportunity to become part of a team of like-minded architects and designers who ideate, create and execute brand marketing, media relations, digital and social campaigns. They place equal importance on functionality and emotion, crafting each home with meticulous care to reflect both the people who live there and the surrounding environment.
This role is crucial in managing the marketing budgets, collaborating with directors and project managers to track and optimize spending. The plan will be tailored to key milestones of development launches and other important phases, ensuring a focused and timely approach. The role involves a combination of hands-on design work using the Adobe Suite, content creation, and marketing. It is essential you are able to use Adobe an Canva.
The manager will coordinate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including branding and PR agencies, marketing, selling agents, and both internal and external content producers, ensuring all parties are aligned and working towards common goals. This role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts to drive business success.
They are looking for a marketing specialist who wants to integrate themselves fully into their small team to get out on site and collect and manage beautiful content ranging from building sites to suppliers to carpentry workshops and everything in between such as interior design and architectural events, trade shows and possibly international travel.
This person ideally would be able to showcase their story-telling abilities, come up with a content plan, execute and manage Instagram and also LinkedIn. This is a great opportunity to work in a close property development team alongside marketing and PR professionals who are external and this role will manage.
REQUIREMENTS:
BA Hons in a Marketing, Media, Communications degree
Adept at using Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, connectivity and
social media channel and analytics toolsMinimum four (4) year’s hands-on experience in a similar marketing,
communications and digital role with proven experience working with
luxury and lifestyle brands. Property sector experience preferred.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content
scheduling software. Solid understanding of social paid media
strategies and execution.Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and
resolving problems utilizing sound judgement and reasoning skillsHas a flexible approach to work and willing to assist the wider design
team when neededA self-starter with a proactive mindset.
Highly creative with an eye for detail.
A team player who thrives in collaborative settings.
Photography/videography skills are a plus.
