Overseeing super-prime projects for UHNWI.

JOB SUMMARY:

This opportunity is for profiles with a background in architecture, project or development management in high -end residential sector. You'll join a specialist multidisciplinary team whose passion is working on prestigious high-end luxury design projects for UHNWIs. This is a new appointment to the team.

You will be responsible for bringing together consultant teams of design excellence for project values between £1-£50million+ for UHNWIs in London and the home counties – a mix of refurbishment, listed and new build. This role is instrumental to support the business while managing the day-to-day affairs of the office and overseeing all projects. The business is in a significant stage of growth looking to develop from existing projects in London and the home counties to across Europe and the USA over the next 3-5 years.

TASKS:

External Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO, Head of Projects, and Director of Projects with work-winning and business development activities, including taking notes and assisting with diary management.

  • Represent the consultancy as an ambassador at events.

  • Manage, communicate, and liaise directly with your own clients (UHNWIs) and be responsible for multiple projects as a Project Guardian.

  • Provide timely reports for clients, highlighting key issues related to program, deliverables, or budget.

  • Oversee and coordinate consultant team workflows and design deliverables effectively.

  • Internal Responsibilities

  • Manage project pipelines, workflows, and organize day-to-day deliverables on a weekly and monthly basis, reporting to the Head of Projects.

  • Create floor plans as needed.

  • Assist with pre-purchase appraisals and presentations to support the senior team in work-winning and business development opportunities.

  • Strategically support the Director of Projects and CEO in converting new leads into engagements.

  • Be responsible for managing your own workload, projects, and deliverables.

  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of organization and precision.

  • Create and deliver reports and presentations for the leadership team to present internally (to the board) and externally (to clients).

  • Collaborate with and appoint consultant teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

  • Ensure deliverables are met for clients, consultants, and internal teams.

  • Support the Head of Projects and wider business requirements as and when needed.

·      Support leadership by generating ideas and reporting on any inefficiencies within projects and processes.

·      Identify gaps in the and propose new ideas or ways of working to support the betterment of the business.

YOUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Qualified ARB/RIBA architect.

  • Demonstrable experience as an architect, design, project, or operations manager in a UK consultancy, contractor, or architecture practice.

  • Proven experience working directly with HNWIs.

  • Creation of floor plans (desirable not essential)

  • Experience working on large-scale UK super-prime residential projects valued between £5-£10million.

  • Experience of running your own project

  • In-depth knowledge of high-end residential property.

  • Strong understanding of processes and inputs for super-prime, high-end residential construction and refurbishment projects.

  • Knowledge and strategic ability to optimise the project experience for private clients through all RIBA stages.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple work streams and program plans.

  • Excellent client relationship and client-facing skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.

  • Numerically proficient and fluent in Excel and project management software.

  • Office Location: Central London.

  • Work Schedule: 4 days per week in the office, 1 fixed WFH day on Fridays.

  • Hours: Monday – Thursday: 9am – 6pm, Friday: 9am – 4pm.
