A growing, dynamic architectural practice is seeking an Architectural Assistant/Part II with 2+ years of post-qualification experience to join their talented team. Specializing in high-end, bespoke private residential projects across central London and the Home Counties, the practice offers a unique opportunity to work within a small, entrepreneurial team that values autonomy and initiative.

Responsibilities:
Support the design process and contribute to project development from initial sketch designs to technical delivery
Support the management client relationships and communicate effectively throughout the project
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal team members
Work the project through all phases, from design to construction, ensuring quality and attention to detail
Prepare technical drawings, schedules, and specifications, and ensure compliance with UK building regulations
Contribute to the growth and evolution of a young, ambitious practice
Ideal Candidate:
Architectural Assistant/Part II 2+ years in this role or taking Part III
Strong design portfolio, showcasing high-end residential architecture
Proficient in MicroStation and experienced in managing small teams
Excellent technical knowledge, including construction techniques and UK building regulations
Strong problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members
Must have the right to work in the UK
