JOB SUMMARY:

You will be responsible for supporting project directors and wider team to support the business while managing the day-to-day affairs of the office and projects.  This role is key to the future business growth and development being an important team member. As the business is in a significant stage of growth, they are looking for an individual to join their entrepreneurially spirited and friendly team.

TASKS:

Tracks all projects alongside the Directors

Analyze and develop briefs for client- and project-needs as part of project-team assembly.

Write up and log all minutes from meetings

Write and create proposal documents for clients alongside project director and founder.

Organise diary briefings and meetings

Providing senior management with pertinent information and supporting informing the decision-making process to take the business and projects forward.

Be creative and influential creating graphical material

Regular interaction with other business areas answering ad-hoc project and administration queries, providing explanations, and commentary to support the project or director.

Developing and improving business processes.

Work confidentially with sensitive information.

Promotes firm and project goals of excellence in design, execution and sustainability

YOUR REQUIREMENTS:

Creative degree educated or a passion for interior design and architecture.

Creative thinker around project improvements and processes.

Hands-on with a strong attention to detail. 

Team player - willing to undertake different tasks and responsibilities, as required by the business.

Strong IT skills - advanced in Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe In-Design.

Strong, confident communicator who is able to convey information about project performance to senior staff.

Proven experience working in a fast paced and demanding environment.

Experience of working with senior level management.
