2021 was a time for huge growth and hiring challenges for many of the international practices. We worked exclusively with a prestigious international architectural practice supporting hiring design superstars across four offices in Europe and Asia.

Challenged by relocation and language requirements we supported architects through moving and relocating in a difficult covid world. We successfully placed a number of architects all recognised and selected for their great design capacity.

Over 6 months we spent time working with senior leaders understanding huge project demands and researching complex and challenging briefs.
