Curio is focused on intersectionality, we pro-actively search and select a diverse range of profiles for our clients to consider. We take responsibility for making that happen in all our searches giving equal opportunity to those who may not have the confidence to work with recruiters or consider career moves.

From June 2021 to June 2022

54% of all our placements have been black, Asian, ethnic minority and from LGBTQ communities.

77% of our placements were female.

70% of our roles have been leadership positions - which means head of, directors, principals, and associate / team leaders for specific projects.

46% of the 70% leadership positions we have worked were accepted by women.

Our ambition is to increase further equal opportunity addressing intersectionality to create, support, being the drive behind responsible recruitment and hiring processes.
