ARCHITECT - RESIDENTIAL
AJ100 GLOBAL PRACTICE
SALARY: £40,000 - £65,000
A global design firm with studios across three continents is currently seeking a Project Architect
JOB SUMMARY:
A global design firm with studios across three continents is currently seeking a Project Architect with strong leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have experience working with large and complex residential projects and should be looking to make a step up into a leadership role or continue honing their skills in a new practice and project.
The position requires the ability to work under pressure during the early design stages. As a Project Architect, you will be working on large-scale residential projects in RIBA stages 1-2/3. The client is seeking an architect with strong concept and planning skills who can guide and mentor a team through the design process. The role will combine hands-on work and is ideally suited for architects who want to remain close to the design process. As the lead for their package, the Project Architect will liaise with external contractors and be client-facing.
Preference will be given to architects who have experience in overseeing the early stages of large-scale residential projects in Revit. This is an excellent opportunity for architects to continue developing their skills and experience in multi-unit residential projects while working for a global practice and taking on management and leadership responsibilities.

5-10 years of experience in construction and architecture
Strong Revit skills
Strongly curated portfolio of work
