The client is looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer / Associate to join a long-established practice
JOB SUMMARY:
The studio has 120 employees in London/Europe split between architecture and interior design - projects focus on workplace, commercial mixed-use, hospitality, luxury residential.
This AJ100 London design studio looking to appoint an associate or senior designer for their interiors commercial workplace Cat B/Cat A team.
TASKS:
The role will be the most senior role under the associate director who reports to the MD. The ID team in total is about 16 and growing. They are looking for an exceptionally creative profile, strong in concept stages who can inspire, challenge and nurture the team. They are collaborative in their design approach where all voices are heard and have input to design. There is a friendly supportive culture, care for each other's well-being and high emotional intelligence.
This role is suitable for a profile who is currently running projects, has seen through all stages of workplace projects and wants to focus on this sector. The role requires excellent downward and upwards management skills. It would suit creative designers who like to be organised, are planners and enjoy a rounded autonomous role in the day-to-day.
Your week will be hands-on design & drawing, suiting creatives who want to remain close to projects. You'll be inspiring, and influencing clients and encouraging teams enjoying a collaborative & supportive design process. You will mentor, guide & nurture in a happy environment for creativity.
The studio has resource, structures in place to support the success of this role and are keen to find a grounded individual with drive and humility.
