JOB SUMMARY:
A pioneering design studio is looking for a Sales Director to join their team in London. The studio has a multi-layered approach to narrative-driven craftsmanship covering fine art, design objects, and the creation of new materials. Their clients include (U)HNWI, interior designers, brands, and public bodies for their public commissions.
Their work can be seen in iconic super-prime real estate, yachts, public spaces, and galleries across the globe. They have an incredibly talented team of designers and craftsmen, where everything is handcrafted and designed in London.
The studio has been running for 20 years, has defined their design offering, and is seeking a Sales Director to grow the business. The role of the Sales Director is to work with the founders on a 5-year growth plan. The role will take on responsibility for mapping out this growth plan with the founders to focus on two core areas - their arts and surface product. The role will actively work in a sales capacity to build and nurture existing relationships and to target new clients and revenue streams.
TASKS:
The role will monitor the existing sales in the business. It will set financial targets but also targets for work winners in the company. The opportunity will link and engage marketing, PR, and external sources to support the sales across the business units.
The aim of the role is to see growth in 5 years' time, tangible results, and to support the founders in the next stages and development of the business into two clear offerings.

YOUR REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrable commercial business acumen
10+ years experience in a sales-related field in the high-end luxury sector
Strong leadership, communication, organization
Proven ability to build and show responsibility for the growth of a sector or field
Experience in a creative environment
Experience managing and monitoring sales across a business
